Tenant Service Hub Review
Toronto Community Housing consistently looks for ways to improve how we deliver services to our tenants. Over the next few months, we will be reviewing the total number of Tenant Service Hubs that are open for tenant services.
We have received feedback that tenants have experienced challenges with accessing services at our Hub locations. Through this review, we are looking for ways to improve the locations so that TCHC staff can deliver consistent and accessible services to tenants.
The review process includes gathering direct feedback from our tenants.
