In 2025, Toronto Community Housing focused on building what matters most, strong foundations for people, communities, and the future of affordable housing in Toronto.
Our Annual Report highlights the first year of our new 2025 – 2029 Strategic Plan, Foundations for the Future. It also showcases the vital services, revitalization progress, and community-led programs that support nearly 95,000 tenants across the city.
From welcoming tenants home to newly completed revitalization communities, to expanding tenant‑led initiatives and youth pathways, to investing in greener, safer, and more accessible homes, 2025 was a year of meaningful progress across our portfolio.
