Services and support
TCHC provides many services to support tenants. If you need help with your tenancy or want to submit a service request, contact TCHC staff. TCHC has also partnered with other organizations to provide programs to help tenants with access to resources. If you are not sure about which programs might best support your needs, contact your Community Services Coordinator. Tenant Service Hubs
Tenant Service Hubs are a one-stop shop for tenant services. Visit your local Hub to request parking, pay rent, ask questions to your local staff and more.
Repairs and maintenance
Contact us right away if you need a repair made, general maintenance or pest control. This page has all the information you need.
Affordable internet program
TCHC has partnered with Rogers to offer the Connected for Success affordable internet program. Learn more about plans and how to apply.
Energy relief program
Rent-geared-to-income (RGI) tenants who also pay for electric heating qualify to receive help with their heating bills. Learn if you qualify.
