Kickstart
KickStart is a six-week program that teaches children ages 6 to 14 the basics of soccer. Toronto Community Housing in partnership with MLSE, provide the opportunity for every participant to learn the basics of soccer and discover life skills through sport.
KickStart program details
KickStart in-person camps are running in six TCHC communities for the Fall 2024 season.
Central region
- The Esplanade (140 The Esplanade) - Mondays and Tuesdays
- Rivertowne (50 Matilda St.) - Wednesdays and Thursdays
East region
- Glendower (2821 Birchmount Rd.) - Mondays and Tuesdays
- Sparroways (2-10 Tree Sparroway) - Wednesdays and Thursdays
West region
- Trethewey (720 Trethewey Dr.) - Mondays and Tuesdays
- Scarlettwoods (1 Scarlettwood Ct.) - Wednesdays and Thursdays
Duration: The Fall 2024 program will run from Monday, September 9, 2024 to Friday, October 18, 2024.
- Session 1 (6-9 years old): 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Session 2 (10-14 years old): 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Cost: FREE for TCHC tenants!
