Tenant Council Elections: nominations process
Nominations for the 2025 Tenant Council elections are closed.
The Tenant Council is a space where tenants are encouraged to raise issues, share their ideas, and play a key role in improving their communities.
Who can be nominated?
To be eligible, nominees must:
- Be registered on a TCHC lease
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Be in good standing (no arrears, disruptive conduct, or eviction proceedings)
- Be a tenant of the community they want to represent
- Not be a full-time employee of TCHC, Resident Key Persons, Rooming House Representatives, or a family member of any of these individuals
