Will I be charged fees above the monthly rate for my plan plus tax?

There are no additional fees beyond your monthly plan plus applicable taxes. If there are any unexplained charges beyond the monthly rate, contact Rogers Connected for Success for assistance. Please note that you will be charged late fees if you do not pay your bill on time. 

I am already a Rogers customer and I have a bundle package for Internet and TV. If I sign up for Rogers Connected for Success, will I lose my bundle discount or my subscription promotion?

Rogers Connected for Success offer special rates to qualified customers, therefore customers who take advantage of these individual plans or bundles are not eligible for any additional discounts or promotions.

How can I protect my children while they are online?

While there are great places for your kids to learn and play on the Internet, there is always the opportunity for your kids to stumble across inappropriate sites and content. Rogers Online Protection includes parental controls to help you protect your kids by managing their Internet, email and instant messenger experiences with powerful filters, online timers that limit their access to the Internet to certain timeframes, and online activity report cards.
