Tenant Council elections are happening this fall! Now is your chance to get involved by nominating yourself to represent your community.

What is the Tenant Council?

Tenant Councils are made up of elected tenants who meet regularly to talk about what’s happening in their buildings or townhouse communities. They work with Toronto Community Housing staff to help guide decisions that affect tenants.

Who can run?

Any TCHC tenant who is:

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Living in the community they want to represent

How to nominate

  • Fill out the nomination form online
  • Or ask your Tenant Participation Coordinator for a paper copy and submit the completed form to them by the deadline
