Take the Strategic Plan Tenant Survey and you could win a $50 gift card!

Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) is currently developing our strategic plan for 2025-2029. Over 90,000 people live in TCHC communities, so it’s really important that the strategic plan reflects the voices and perspectives of tenants. Your input will help shape our plan and the work and projects we will focus on.  

TCHC is working with a consultant, KPMG, to create the plan. Through the feedback they’ve gathered so far, KPMG has identified a list of top priorities. Now, we’re asking you to tell us: which of these priorities are most important to you, and your community?  

Share your feedback by completing the Strategic Plan Tenant Survey. The short survey will take about five minutes to complete. The results will be sent directly to our consultant, KPMG, to analyze. TCHC will not review the raw data.  

At the end of the survey, you’ll have the option to enter for a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards to your choice of Amazon, Uber Eats, Ultimate Dining, Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, McDonald’s, or Old Navy/Gap.
