The Toronto Community Housing’s (TCHC) Human Rights policy is going to be updated. We would like your feedback to make sure that the policy works for tenants.
All tenants are welcome to attend, no registration is required.
About the project
We are launching a new project to improve the way that we receive, investigate and resolve tenant Human Rights concerns at TCHC. The end result of the project is to develop a centralized, proactive, equity-focused response to tenant Human Rights issues.
What to expect
At the consultation we will discuss:
- What works in the current Human Rights policy and processes?
- What doesn’t work in the current Human Rights policy and processes?
- What can make the Human Rights policy and processes better?
