Our Internship Program is a 12-week hybrid working model program that gives you first-hand experience working in a professional environment. You will develop new skills and interests, build connections and unlock hidden potential. Staff will provide career mentoring and meaningful experiences for your talent and growth.
Apply for the TCHC Returnship Program
New for Fall 2024, TCHC is offering an Returnship Program for tenants ages 35 and older. This program will run from September to December 2024.
Who can apply?
You can apply for the Returnship Program if you meet the following criteria:
- Adult ages 35 and older looking to return to the workforce or start a new career
- Live in a Toronto Community Housing building or community
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Able to commit to the duration of the internship
- Have a passion to learn more about the social housing sector
- Interested in learning and gaining new skills
