Meet Yves

Yves commenced his appointment as Chief Development Officer at Toronto Community Housing on June 2, 2025. With over 14 years in real estate, development and asset management, he demonstrates exceptional project leadership, cultivating trust and collaboration through strategic partnerships that yield remarkable results. His knowledge encompasses both market-rate and affordable housing domains, reflecting deep insight into changing urban demands and thoughtful community development.

In his most recent role as Vice President of Development at Tricon Residential, Yves brought the 5207 Dundas Street West project to construction as the first Housing Now development to break ground. He supported mixed-income and affordable housing delivery for Canary Landing and led the development of Ten York, Toronto's first smart residential building with cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design principles.

Throughout his career, Yves has also held senior leadership roles at Empire Communities, Mattamy, and Tridel, leading rental, condominium and mixed-use community development projects. He brings specialized knowledge in public-private partnerships, financial deal structuring, government funding acquisition and project sustainability implementation.
