Meet Noah 

Noah Slater joined TCHC as Vice President of Facilities Management on May 22, 2025. Noah is a licensed architect with over twenty years of experience in the field and for the last decade, he has been focused on building, renewing and improving public housing assets at TCHC and the City of Toronto.

Noah previously worked at TCHC as the Senior Director of Capital Planning, Design and Engagement from July 2016 to July 2022. Most recently, Noah served as the Director, Housing Development, Renewal and Improvement at the Housing Secretariat, City of Toronto. During this time, he delivered significant and impactful results in large-scale housing development projects, preservation initiatives, and community engagement efforts in line with the City’s ten-year housing plan.

At the City, Noah also served as Co-Chair for the Accessible Housing Working Group, leading the City’s creation of guidelines for accessible design in affordable housing projects.
