Meet Lily

Lily Chen joined Toronto Community Housing as Chief Financial Officer on February 13, 2023.  

A trusted and value-based leader, Lily provides strategic leadership for TCHC’s finance and information technology functions. Lily leads a diverse portfolio focusing on delivering data-based, cost-effective, agile and tenant-centric financial and IT services which support the corporation’s vision and mission through continued focus on fiscal stewardship, financial sustainability and growth, operational excellence, and digital transformations. 

Most recently, Lily served as the Integrated Vice President Finance & Information Services/Chief Financial Officer for St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph and St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre Brantford. Lily has supported a number of critical healthcare system integrations including health system funding initiatives and community population health partnerships across Guelph, Wellington and Brantford Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Teams.

Prior to joining St. Joseph's Health System, Lily worked in both public and private sectors including General Electric Canada, William Osler Heath System and Runnymede Healthcare Centre.

A Chartered Professional Accountant, Lily is committed to a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence and lifelong learning.
